JO CAPOMOLLA

Salon Director

Leading the Nylon Tribe is Jo Capomolla. Her many years of hairdressing and business experience has allowed her to be the driving force behind the Nylon Team.

She effortlessly combines being a mother, partner and friend with her love of business, hairdressing and people.

Jo believes hairdressing isn't just about cutting hair, it's an entire experience, a combination of knowledge, advice, skill and service. Her dedication and passion, support and commitment to each member of her team makes Nylon the salon to be.

RENEE

Hair Traffic Controller

Everyone loves Renee - she is efficient, meticulous and keeps everybody smiling. Renee calmly controls all the salon traffic, she knows exactly where you need to be and when. She will make your future appointments before you know you need them!

You may sometimes see her helping us in the salon as her background is as a very talented stylist, although she now much prefers keeping us all organised. She is definitely our salon backbone.

SARAH

Emerging Stylist

3 years experience

Sarah will seamlessly look after you throughout your visit, whether it's applying colours, creating beautiful blow waves, or delivering relaxing treatments. Now in her third and final year of training Sarah is performing all services whilst perfecting her craft. She combines her growing skills with a friendly, calming presence that makes every appointment a pleasure. We're excited to see Sarah continue to shine as she completes her apprenticeship!

KELLY

Principle Stylist: Expert Creative Colourist: LOreal Colour Degree Graduate

12+ years experience

Kelly has extraordinary artistic talents and she is always bursting with enthusiasm and creativity.
Her in-depth technical knowledge of colour and her understanding of the collaboration of both colour and cut to create a harmony of seamless beauty, Kelly truly is ’Nylon's Treasure!"

Kelly's expertise lies with her ability to communicate and interpret a clients desires. From the moment the client sits in Kelly's chair she makes them feel comfortable and excited with their Nylon experience.

Kelly offers an incredible wealth of experience in cutting, styling and colouring. She has extensive experience within the industry having been part of the Kevin Murphy creative team. This has given her the opportunity to work within many exciting events such as back stage at Melbourne Spring Fashion Festival.

Be sure to look out for her ever changing, exuberant hair colour!

MADDIE

Hair Traffic Controller

Maddie is the friendly face you'll often see first when you walk through our doors. She keeps the salon running effortlessly, making sure every client feels welcomed and every appointment flows seamlessly.

With a background of hairdressing, you may see Maddie assisting on the salon floor at times, making her the perfect blend of organization and hands-on skill.

KAI

Senior Stylist

5 years experience

Kai is our amazing senior stylist whose talent continues to exceed all of our expectations. You'll often find Kai bringing hair dreams to life - whether she's creating stunning colours, nailing the perfect cut, or giving a flawless blow wave to finish your salon experience. As a senior stylist Kai offers all services and has a passion for making every client look and feel gorgeous. She's also known for bringing great energy to the salon (and the occasional dance move too!)
